Continuing from my last post regarding games, now I'm going to make a list of DVDs I obtained during 2008.

This is actually really straightforward, as I use an application called DVD Profiler to keep a record of all of my DVDs.

Ones marked with (W) have been watched. I have watched 9 of the 29 that I obtained this year, and I have watched sections of the others. One thing that reduces the priority of DVDs to me is that I typically buy DVDs after I have already watched the series because I enjoy them. Also, I have spent some time trying to watch DVDs obtained in 2007 that I have not yet watched.

Once again, if we remove outliers (in the case DVDs obtained in December) the ratio becomes even better as we remove 21 on from the list so I approach having finished 50% of the items in the list.
