I spent today at the first day of O-week.

Had to wake up far too early alas. Avoided most of peak hour, but as a result turned up at Uni at 7:45pm.

My iPod failed to arrive today also, which is disappointing, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Admittedly the shipping note stated it would arrive on/before Monday (next week), but they managed to get me the case on Tuesday.

The first day of O-week was more successful than I had expected given our position.

However, onto the subject.

It would seem that we are indeed getting a dog at my place, a female sheepdog of some kind.

This does not please me, the current argument is on what to name her, fortunately Roftl appears to have been struck from the possible list of names.

Still, I need to fix up my timetable, get a part-tiime job and move out.

I really do not want to deal with taking care of a dog.
